Customer Terms & Conditions Framework
These Terms & Conditions establish the general framework applicable to gift cards and gift vouchers made available through REMPINDIA MULTITRADE PRIVATE LIMITED and its authorised merchant, PPI, bank, payment and technology partners. Product- specific terms displayed at purchase or redemption may supplement these Terms.
Purchase, receipt, activation or use of a gift card/voucher constitutes acceptance of the applicable product terms, subject to applicable law. Where a partner's terms apply to a regulated payment or PPI function, those terms shall also apply to the relevant service.
REMPINDIA may operate as a technology, distribution, marketing, customer-support or business partner in relation to gift-card/ voucher products. Where issuance or regulated stored-value functionality is provided by an authorised PPI issuer or other regulated partner, the relevant partner's legal and regulatory responsibilities shall continue to apply.
The applicable product page, voucher communication or purchase confirmation may specify denomination/value, validity, eligible merchants, redemption method, restrictions, fees if any, and other product-specific conditions.
Gift cards/vouchers shall be issued or delivered through approved systems and channels. Delivery may be digital or physical depending on the product. Customers should protect voucher codes, links, PINs and other access credentials.
Where activation is required, the voucher shall become usable only after successful activation. Customers should retain the purchase confirmation and relevant voucher details.
Gift cards/vouchers may be redeemed only at participating merchants, channels or services specified for the product and subject to applicable restrictions. Customers should check the product-specific redemption conditions before use.
Each product may have a stated validity period. Expired vouchers may not be redeemable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly permitted by the product terms.
A voucher may be subject to restrictions on transfer, resale or commercial use. Customers shall not use vouchers for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding voucher codes and access credentials. If a voucher is lost, stolen or compromised, the customer should report the matter promptly through the applicable support channel. Any replacement, blocking or recovery shall depend on product capability, verification, partner rules and applicable law.
Transactions may be reviewed using risk-based fraud and security controls. A transaction or voucher may be temporarily restricted where there is a reasonable security or fraud concern, subject to applicable procedures and customer-protection requirements.
Refunds and cancellations shall be handled according to the applicable product terms, payment status, merchant/partner rules and applicable law. Some vouchers may be non-refundable after activation or redemption where legally permissible.
Customers should report suspected unauthorised purchases, account compromise or voucher misuse promptly. The Company and relevant partner may request transaction details and information reasonably required for investigation.
Customers may raise complaints through the designated customer-support channel. Complaints shall be handled under the Company's Customer Grievance Redressal Policy and relevant partner procedures.
Any applicable fees shall be disclosed through the relevant product or transaction flow before purchase where required. No undisclosed charge shall be imposed contrary to applicable requirements.
Promotional vouchers may be subject to additional eligibility, validity, usage and redemption conditions. Promotional terms shall be displayed with the relevant offer.
A merchant or partner may impose reasonable product restrictions consistent with the product terms, contractual arrangements and applicable law. Customers should review merchant-specific conditions before redemption.
The Company and its partners may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, security, technical failures, fraud prevention, regulatory requirements or other legitimate reasons. Reasonable efforts may be made to restore service as appropriate.
Liability shall be governed by applicable law and the specific product/partner terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Personal information shall be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy notice, contractual arrangements and applicable data-protection requirements.
Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect product changes, partner requirements, legal or regulatory developments, security requirements or operational changes. Material changes shall be communicated through appropriate channels where required.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection, payment-system, regulatory or other legal requirements applicable to the relevant product.
Customers may use the support and grievance channels communicated on the relevant product, website or transaction confirmation. Complaints shall be recorded and handled under the applicable grievance process.
Customers should purchase gift cards/vouchers only through authorised channels, verify the merchant/product before payment, never disclose OTPs, PINs or authentication credentials to unknown persons, and promptly report suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.
These Terms & Conditions are supported by the Company's internal policies covering product governance, fraud prevention, KYC/CDD where applicable, AML/CFT, refunds, grievances, unauthorised transactions, information security, privacy and partner management.
